Inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, this roasted tomato red lentil soup is rich and tangy, making it a great soup for stimulating digestion and invoking summer's warmth. Serve it as is with a piece of toasty buttered bread, over a bed of our chicken congee, or blend til smooth to make a protein-rich pasta sauce.

Comes frozen in a 32oz container (2-3 servings).

To thaw, place in the refrigerator 1-2 days before desired cooking. When thawed, heat on stove and add a little meat stock, broth, or water to bring it back to life.

Deliveries happen on Tuesdays. If your order is placed by Monday evening, it will be delivered the next day. If you place your order on Tuesday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday.
