Ayurveda Mung Bean Curry
Mung beans are the easiest to digest out of all the legumes. And as such, it's a staple in all Ayurvedic cooking, making it a great option for vegetarians and postpartum mothers. This mung bean curry is made with herbs and spices that improve digestion without being too heating. It's got a little spice from the ginger and turmeric while the guar gum-free coconut milk helps to balance the heat and bring out the best flavors. Eat it on its own, with a bowl of your favorite rice or grain, or add it to the top of some of our chicken congee for a well balanced, protein rich meal. Really great with avocado, cilantro, and lime.
Comes frozen in a 32oz container (2-3 servings).
To thaw, place in the refrigerator 1-2 days before desired cooking. When thawed, heat on stove and add a little meat stock, broth, or water to bring it back to life.

Deliveries happen on Fridays. If your order is placed between Tuesday and Friday, your order will be delivered the next Friday. If your order is placed on Saturday-Monday, your order will be delivered that week.
