Chicken Congee
Chicken congee is a nourishing, creamy, and easy-to-digest rice porridge. Originally from China, congee is often fed to new mothers, people with sensitive tummies, and those recovering from illness, but it's also great as a simple breakfast or as a base for soups and stews. Made with basmati rice, our signature meat stock, regeneratively raised, organic chicken, and local herbs and veggies, it's cooked for several hours to break down the rice and packs a punch of flavor and protein. It feels like a warm hug in a bowl.
Try topping it with any of the following:

Comes frozen in a 32oz container (2-3 servings).
Thaw and reheat on stove. Add a little meat stock, broth, or water to bring food back to life.

Deliveries happen on Fridays. If your order is placed between Tuesday and Friday, your order will be delivered the next Friday. If your order is placed on Saturday-Monday, your order will be delivered that week.
