Frequently Asked Questions

DELIVERY

Soup will be delivered frozen in a 32oz jar in an insulated bag.

Right now (January 2026), deliveries happen only on Tuesday between 10am-5pm. That is subject to change based on demand and we’ll update this if/when that happens.

We are actively working to expand our delivery range and we may offer different delivery days depending on distance.

Orders $75+ get free delivery. Orders under $75 will have a $10 delivery fee added.

No problem! Our soups are delivered in insulated bags and stay frozen for several hours. Our delivery driver will place it in a shady spot near your door if possible. If it thaws before you get home, you can always pop it back in the freezer til you’re ready to eat it.

We deliver to the greater Denver metro and is based on zip code but it's mostly within the C-470 loop. We’re also partnering with farms and co-ops outside of our delivery location where you can buy our soups anytime. We are often doing markets and pop up events where you can get soup too!

Yes, if there is an upcoming market or partner location available, it will be listed as an option at checkout.

As of January 2026, you can find us in the parking lot of Denver Food Rescue on Saturdays for pickups. We will also be at several farmers markets this year and will share those once confirmed.

Yes! You can choose between weekly, biweekly, or monthly subscriptions which ensures you always have nourishing soup to eat. Plus you can save up to 20% with a subscription!

This is our most asked question! We don't ship YET (January 2026). But we are working on it! The logistics of shipping frozen jars is quite complex and we're trying to figure out the cheapest, easiest, and most reliable option. Stay tuned!

ABOUT THE SOUPS

Our soups fit into a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences. Almost all of our soups are gluten free, soy free, and seed oil free. However, many of ours soups contain ghee which does not make it dairy free but the milk proteins are removed in the ghee making process so many people with dairy sensitivities tend to handle ghee well.

We have several vegetarian and vegan soups too.

We prioritize local farms with more-than-organic standards first. Because the USDA organic certification is so expensive, many small farms and ranches can’t afford the certification so we always ask questions about their process to ensure the produce or meat is of the highest quality which could include practices such as biodynamic farming, regenerative agriculture, and/or pasture raised. What we can’t get local, we source from organic suppliers.

While frozen soups have their own hurdles for shipping and delivery, we believe frozen is the best way to maintain high nutrient content and reduce food waste. The shelf stable soups you see in the store have been pasteurized at high temps which kills off many of the nutrients. And refrigerated soups often result in higher amounts of food waste.

STORAGE & PREP

If you plan on eating them in the next few days, we recommend putting them in the fridge. If you don’t plan on eating them within the week, put them in your freezer. They’re good in the freezer for up to 6 months. Every jar has a "best by" date on it.

In the fridge, up to one week. In the freezer, up to one year.

We can’t legally tell you that thawing them on the counter is fastest ;) so you can store in the fridge til thawed then zap them in the microwave real quick or warm on the stove.

We think heating them on the stove is best but the microwave works good too. Just add a little water or broth to bring them back to life.
