Soup Witch was born from a simple belief: real food should heal, nourish, and delight.
We source every ingredient with deep intention. Pasture-raised and regeneratively raised meats, organic produce, and hand-harvested spices from farms that cherish the land as much as we do.

Each simmering pot is filled with ingredients your body recognizes and your spirit craves—always free from seed oils, gluten, soy, or anything artificial.

We cook for the slow-living souls in a fast-paced world. The ones who crave the scent of a bubbling broth that fills the house and signals a sacred pause. A shared meal. A quiet moment to breathe and be. Because even when life moves fast, a bowl of soup can slow it all down.

HI, I'M MARGARET JAMES

Founder of Soup Witch, Ayurveda Health Counselor, Holistic Perinatal Health Consultant, passionate gardener, and certified romantasy fangirl.

Over the past five years, I’ve guided women through transformational journeys in menstrual health, fertility, and seasonal living using food and lifestyle shifts rooted in ancient wisdom. I’ve taught hundreds of classes on Ayurvedic nutrition, kitchen skill-building, and cyclical rhythms—hearing from past students years later who still feel empowered to feed themselves and their families with care.

Soup Witch is my way of sharing that wisdom with more people—through something I’ve always loved: soup.
Because soup culture? It’s my favorite culture.

As a Taurus and introvert, there’s nothing more nourishing to me than curling up on the couch with a steaming bowl of soup after a day in the dirt and my tenth rewatch of Outlander.

This is food that’s meant to feed you—body, mind, and spirit.
