Smooth and creamy, this gluten free, vegetarian soup is made with organic potatoes, leeks, and cream then blended til it's smooth and creamy for a delicious addition to any meal. Heavy cream is infused with rosemary and thyme to impart delicate herb flavors that add depth and complexity. It’s grounding without being too heavy and will surely satisfy any potato-loving palate.
If you wanna get crazy, we highly recommend mixing it with our Beef and Barley for a soup that's reminiscent of shepherd's pie!
Great as a warm soup in winter or a cold soup in summer (we see you vichyssoise!)
Try topping it with creme fraiche, chives, and bacon.
DIRECTIONS: Thaw and reheat on stove or in microwave. Add a little water, meat stock, or broth to bring food back to life.
