Beef and Barley Soup
Our spin off of a traditional Scotch broth usually made with lamb shanks, this is a hearty, stick-to-your-bones soup that will warm, ground, and nourish you during the long, cold nights of fall and winter. It's savory and full of umami flavor. Enjoy with a piece of crusty bread.
Try topping it with a fresh squeeze of lime, cilantro, and chili crunch. Serve it over rice or with a stir fry or salad.
Thaw and reheat on stove or in microwave. Add a little water, meat stock, or broth to bring food back to life. Top with fresh herbs. (We really love it with a dollop of fresh pesto)

Deliveries happen on Tuesdays. If your order is placed by Monday evening, it will be delivered the next day. If you place your order on Tuesday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday.
